3 month post op, pain returned and can not even stand for more than 5 mins

Please help

My mom had L5-S1 fusion 3 months ago and now her numbness returned and lower back stiffness is getting serious. She developed new symptoms like sensation of extreme heaviness on her lower back and legs which makes her difficult even to walk. She is on rehabilitation exercise but yet little help does it do to her. She had x-ray and recently had MRI which doc said nothing seems wrong and the report says the result of the MRI is unclear due to some unknown reasons.

the MRI is on my pinterest board.

1. has anyone had pains returned at around 3 months post op? Will the pain ever go away?
2. Can anyone read the MRI and give me feedback on what the MRI says, is the nerve still compressed?

Please help

Hi, I'm so sorry to hear about your mom! I am wondering if her PT is too aggressive? She maybe , like me, doing too much too soon. I am almost 3 months out (July 24) and I am so ready to get going again! Whenever I overdo I pay for it! Your mom may need to slow down and rest more. Good thoughts for your mom!
