Pain after L5-S1 ALIF

I had an anterior lumbar fusion in July. My back pain has not improved. It seems worse. I had an MRI and my surgeon says the fusion is good. He sent me to PT and they believe my pelvic bone is out of alignment and I have too much curvature in my spine. They are working on strengthening my core. I am in so much pain all across my lower back and down my left leg. I can't sit, stand lay for any extended period of time. All Ivan take is Tylenol as Nsaids are not good for the fusion. I can't take this pain.Has anyone else had this problem?
