Severe back pain with symptmos of Leg burning, numness and not able to stand or walk continously

Dear Sir. My sister (age 36) had severe back pain Problem with symptmos of Leg burning, numness and not able to stand or walk continuosly for 5 min. This problem persist for last one month and consulted the local neurologist and recommended for MRI. MRI was done and doctor says pseudo disc bulde at L5-S1 and impinging the existing nerve roots. Advised for Physiotherapy and excerises for past 15says. Sister does the prescribed excerises reqularly and in consultation with doctor.

But there is no improvement and still she could not able stand or walk continuolsy 5 mins. We need your adivce on the following 1) Is the proble is severe or normal one? 2) What is the treatment for the problem 3) How long the treatment could make her normal 4)Any surgery is required.
