Its probably been 6 or 7 years since I didn't have some type of back pain, mainly sciatic pain, every single day. I woke up this morning with no pain, none. I'm still not standing straight but thats the scoliosis. Even when standing, I have no pain. The procedure I had was called "Lumbar Transforaminal Epidural Steroid Injection". The doctor told me to resume all my normal activities today. If this "no pain" sticks around, I can start cutting back on the handful of pain and nerve pain and muscle relaxers I gobble up.
