Neck and lower back pain

Gone down hill considerably over last few months with neck pain, arm problems and shaking hand. Pain relief seems to have stopped neausea and tablets stopped hand shaking. Got MRI results spondylitic change at C3 and C4 plus exit foramen narrowing. On top of this I was diagnosed 3 years ago by MRI with permanent bulging disc and dehydrated disc at L3 and L4. Trying not to sign off work, been working from home but need to go back to the office. Any advise about how to cope? I'm only 31 I'm worried about how much I am going to deteriorate over the coming years when I'm this bad now.
