upper abdomen burning pain

HI im a 45 year old male i keep getting upper abdomen burning pain plus burning pain in thoracic spine. just had a ct scan of abdomen and pelvic came back normal then had a endoscopy came back normal and a colonoscopy again normal all my bloods have been normal so doctor sent me for mri of cervical and thoracic spine results was c3-c4 c4-c5 c5-c6 mild disc bulge at c6-c7 a right paracentral disc herniation producing moderate attenuation of the subarachnoid space thoracic spine there is a diffuse disc desiccation and schmori's nodes in mid and lower thoracic spine conclusion degenerative disc disease seen at multiple levels in the cervical and thoracic spine. and sometimes i fill dizzy when bending over and weak in arms and legs its always worse in mornings just after getting up the burning pain in mid back is just like burning in abdomen but doctor dont think there linked ? but i do just waiting for mri of small bowl now any suggestions would be great thanks alfie
