Please Translate my MRI!!

can someone please translate my MRI w/o contrast please?? Ive been getting terrible headaches…more like a weird sensation in the back and sides of head over ears….could this be the cause? my nuero says so but seems so far fetched to me. someone please help me

c2-c3 mild disc bulge with flattening of the anterior thecae sac

c3-c4 there is no disc herniation, central canal stenosis or foraminal stenosis

c4-c5 left eccentric disc ridge complex causing mild canal and left foraminal stenosis

c5-c6 left eccentric disc ridge complex with slight anterior cord flattening and moderate canal and left worst than right foraminal stenosis.

c6-c7 left eccentric disc ridge complex with anterior cord flattening and moderate canal and left worst than right foraminal stenosis..

c7-t1 mild disc bulge causing mild bilateral foraminal stenosis


mild spondylosis at c2-3 c4-5 c6-7 and c7-t1

mild canal stenosis at c4-c5 moderate canal stenosis at c5-6 and c6-7

mild left formal stenosis at c4-5 moderate bilateral foraminal stenosis at c5-6 and c6-7

mild bilateral foraminal stenosis at c7-t1
