I am a 19 year old female dancer and currently at this time i am 3 weeks post operation and i feel great :) I wanted to write this post just to see if anyone has any suggestions on when i should head back to physio therapy and start to exercise again. The NS said because i am young i should recovery quite quickly which is good news to hear, and also that because i had to stop training this year because of it, she said that i shouldn't let this hold me back from returning to my fulltime dance course next year.
So if anyone has any good advice or anything like that for a strong recovery please let me know, I would love to hear it :)
