First post. I am 5 days post op MIS 4 level ACDF 3-7. I haven't seen that many posts about MIS recovery experiences. I know MIS is easier since the muscles are not cut. So far my biggest issues, have been upper back muscle soreness, throat tight from swelling and sensitivity sound. My hardware is an integrated device, that sits flush against the bone nothing protruding or taking up space.

Has anyone else had MIS 4 level ACDF that would like to share, your experience.
