Chronic muscle spasm in chest and leg

Sorry this might be a duplicate question in this forum.

I'm 32 yrs old and since past 2 years i'm experiencing sudden burst of muscle spasm in chest area and sometimes in legs as well. The frequency of these spasms is increasing over period of time and severity of pain is also increasing.

I'm in IT industry for past 10 years but i'm exercising regularly and take breaks often to take walk and climb stairs as well.

These attacks occur during any time of the day regardless of whether in office, outside or at home and also started happening during middle of the sleep nowadays.

Would like to hear about how to go about this and any clues on what might be causing such attacks?

Thanks in advance,
