My name is Ricardo, and I'm a soccer goalkeeper. And yesterday whilse saving I hit lower left back on the floor (just above the left buttock. An the pain from the hit was very accute. after a couple of minutes on the floor the pain became less accute.

However after the hit not only the lower back hurts, but also the buttocks in certain movements, and the upper leg. It hard to walk and impossible to currently use the left leg going up stairs.

I'm a little scared, and I don't know if I should wait a little bit more or If I should go straight to the doctor.

Can anyone help?
