neck pain and back pain

Hi every one 2 years ago i had a metal bar fell on my neck and my back i found out i had 2 bad disk in my lower back i had them remove and had rods put in almost 1 year ago some how the doctor mess up and had to open me up again the next day after the surgery my back is still in pain feels like the same pain before the surgery and my back is still swelling not going away and when i ask the doctor he said every thing was good i think he is covering his own but know had 2 doctors look at my neck they said i had a tron disk and need surgery then i went to my friends chiropractor that been around for a long time have him look at the mri he said its bad i have a lot of bad disk that fluid leak out in my neck then he said to becareful anything happens to my neck i can come paralyze or die know i dont know what to do

  • I would find another doctor, like a neurosurgeon and get his opion. Asking a surgeon is the only person qualified to give you peace of mind. Your emotional state will increase your pain signals. Until then maybe rest with a heating pad, or soaking in a tub for some muscle pain relief. Spine surgeries do take along time to heal. There is not a instant fix for any surgery.
    2005-ACDF with Corpectomy at C3-C-5.
    2006-L4-L5 diskectomy.
    2009-Cervical laminectomy at C3.
    Steroid injections series x 4.
