Hi im new to this site, Im post injury from a mva. Herniated disc at C5-C6 and C6-C7 and L4-L5. Having loss of cervical lordosis due to severe muscle spasms. Torn Trapezius Muscle. Severe Migraines from nerve compression. I have been doing pt for 4 mths with some benefits but not pain free. I did my First Lumbar ESI today. No sedation, it went great, other than being sore It was a very simple procedure. I also have facet joint changes causing indentation over the thecal sac. I also have narrowing of bilateral neural foramina. Im due to have a Cervical ESI after Christmas. Im changing my diet to lessen side effects from the steroids. Low sodium diet, lots of water. I take medications day and night to function through the pain. I hope these injections help me. PT and meds alone did not. I wish these injuries were easier to fix. I have been on a rollercoaster since my mva. If there are others with my injuries Id like to hear from you. Its easier to talk to people who understand your pain.
