ACDF C5-7 new post-surgery pain

I had an ACDF c5-7, and 18 months later, I am getting pain between the shoulder blades. anyone else have a similar result?
L4-L5 fused at birth (congenital malformity). L-5-S1 bulge/degeneration, L3-L4 bulge/degeneration. Permanent nerve damage L5-S1 and L3-L4. Fused C5-C7.

  • Sorry to hear about your new development. I am still early in the cycle compared to your current status. I still have not fully recovered from the surgery 3 months ago and still have some neck discomfort. I also am starting to have a muscle twitch in my left index finger. At first at I feared that it could be something nasty like Parkinson's since my father had that. I learned that there is a difference between a twitch and a tremor. I think my twitch is most likely related to my neck surgery and related issues. However, I guess I should get it checked out to make sure that is the case.
