I have recently been diagnosed with sacral joint inflammation and also have spondyiliolesthesis..have had MRIs, ×rays, nerve tests and 4 injections in spine and sacral joint with no effect. My worst pain is dull lower back and even worse is upper thigh pain that prevents me from climbing stairs normally. I also have high blood pressure and all of the NSAIDs I've taken...such as meloxicam interfere with my blood pressure meds and caused blood pressure to sky rocket. Prednisone had the same effect and my cardiologist said i shpuldnt take them. Pain meds like hydrcodone, tylenol3, and tramadol all made me sick like I had the flu. I am beside myself in not being able to get relief and wonder if anyone has faced similar problems managing pain with high blood pressure and what worked for you! Thank you. I am new to this forum and am so glad I found this site.
