Numbness in my neck spreading- anyone else with this experience?

I had ACDF surgery at C5/C6 on September 9th of last year. I had an area of numbness in my neck from the incision up to my jaw. In the last week I have noticed that the numbness has spread to the middle of my neck and chin and it keeps spreading. I am also experiencing lots of tightness in my neck that is causing an increase of headaches. I have no idea why this is going on. I brought it up to my physical therapist since he is still in contact with my neurosurgeon and neurologist. He said wh was going to have a talk with the doctors about this and also the pain down the arms issues, heaviness in my legs and a whole slew of other issues that are just not going away. I don't know if this is a side effect of my meds but they sure don't seem to help it. I am on:
Gabapentin 300 mg- started it Oct 2014- 2 in morning, 1 in afternoon, 2 at bedtime
Cyclobenzeprine 10 mg- 3x day- on it since surgery
Nortrypteline 10 mg - 2 at night- started taking 2 weeks ago as a gradual dose, increasing by 1 pill every week until I hit 50 mg or when the side effects are worse than the benefits, currently taking 2. so far it has added to my sleep issues because now I lay there without sleeping and then tired during the day with a brain fog. I was told that I need to give the medicine time to work.
Lisinopril 20 mg- been on since summer for blood pressure. neurosurgeon thought that my blood pressure will decrease when my pain goes down
synthroid 200 mcg- unrelated to issues- hypothyroidism
