hip/butt/ leg pain.

Hey i'm a 24 year old female who has been having sciatic pain since last September . At first it was just on walking and it actually went away after a couple of weeks. Suddenly one day when i was drying my hair, i found that i couldn't straighten up. It was so painful that i had to lie down. From that day onwards i have been suffering horrible shooting pains down my right leg and muscle spasm over my lower back. Fast forward to a month later, i went to my orthopaedic surgeon who did an mri and xray and found a small protrusion over L5/S1 and spondylolisthesis. He said it didn't look bad so i was given gabapentin and arcoxia for 2 weeks. He also ordered some physio therapy.

15 sessions of physio later the pain did not go away. my hip was so painful and the pain extended to the groin all the way down to my ankle. I couldnt sleep at night, it was so bad. Another mri was done which showed nothing. The dr suspected bursitis and another course of painkillers was given. It has now been 5 and a half months and i dont know what else to do. It is a sickening feeling and i am helpless all the time. My leg burns and i have tried everything from painkillers to acupuncture. Nothing has worked.

Has anyone had these symptoms? And what can it be? Everything has been ruled out but the pain is still there
