Muscle, SI Syndrome, Piryformis or labral tear?

I have been with pain since september 2013. I started a treatment in a Spine Correction place to correct my posture. Two weeks after doing all kind of excersices and quiropractor I started feeling sciatica pain and I couldnt walk. After a couple weeks I start feeling groin pain. I did MRI, X Rays, Sacro iliac joint injection, Phisycal Teraphy.... I saw a Hip Specialist and he told me that I have a labral tear and I need surgery. But Im not sure because is the tear causing sciatic pain in all my right leg? I feel all my leg really weak, needles, burning sensation in my front thight, upper buttock pain, hip side pain, and a terrible groin pain. Also my knee and ankle hurts sometimes. And sometimes my pain goes to the outer side of my leg to the toes.
I need help. I dont know what to do???????
