pain in upper arma

Hello All, not sure if anyone out there has any the symptoms i am putting up with but here goes. About two yrs ago i started to experience tingling in my left hand and a kind of pins and needle like feeling up to my elbow, over the past few months both my uppers arms cause pain, difficulties in raising arms at a certain height and angle. All pain increases greatly when laying down, sleep is difficult sometimes. Not ashamed to admit I cry with the pain on occasions. Had neck mri, back xray, physiotherapy, nerve conducting tests, all with to no avail. As you can imagine am coming to the end of my tether. I have numbness on my right side from belly button round to hip, both sides
Of my back bone (the bits I call my loin bits), are very painful when i straighten up after sitting down. Have seen my Dr. several times but it seems no one knows what the problem is. Does rings bells with anyone?
