Hello everyone I'm 34 and 3 and a half years ago I woke up out of bed a cripple from my lower back , couldn't put shorts on without holding something for support abdominal pains when bending as well coughing breathing deep going to toilet hurt sitting hurt as well superior muscle burning, muscle tightening of lower back as well as tight in the leg and ligaments in left side of back buttocks muscles hurt bad siattic pain, only time I wasn't i pain was when I slept, l limped everywhere slowly, laying down with feet on pillow couldn't lay straight due to pain that slowly got worse when I attempted it along with bad siattic pains and laying down is all I did for 2 years before seeking any form of help , my chiro fixed most of it with strange neuro massages and manual transition, and using unconventional illegal drugs I've managed to uncompress the areas compressed and I can do most things like i used including laying flat on back touch toes with little interference from back but It won't stabilise Physio's are a joke and at 70 dollars and ive found the 30 dollar Chinese massage in midland gate shopping centre helped a lot more . Last 6 months pain has been minor 1 or 2 outta 10 annoying more than anything but it won't stabilise no matter wat i do the amount of money ive wasted on Physio's has gotten to the point where the next one that tells me " I can help u stabilise it so it won't happen any more" I'll hit em, I'm considering surgery but am rather terrified of going under the knife for my back, i started chiro and Physio end nov last year stopped with Physio as they're useless 6 months Physio as did nothing, any thoughts would be appreciated greatly
