Hi there, I've been really suffering since July 2014 with pain in my lower back to the point I can't stand for more than 5mins at a time. If had two mri scans and they are clear but my physiotherapist says its muscle damage. I'm a scaffolder of 10years and I know what a pulled muscle feels like( not like the chronic pain I have) the pain is unbearable now, I can't over straighten my back at all and hurts to lean forward or side to side, sitting is a nightmare can't get comfy or laying in bed really is hard work. I've tried every tablet possible and nothing is curing the pain. The pain seems to be in my lower back and hips but on bad days it spreads to right side just under my shoulder blade????? Starting to feel like I'm not being taken seriously now Be of clear mri but I know it's not muscle and getting worse. Please help thanks in advance
