Degenerative C2/3 and C3/4 discs and constant headaches

Hello Everyone,

I am a 20yr old female who is suffering constant lower back and neck pain. I have 2 degenerative discs at C2/3 and C3/4 and 2 bulging discs at C4/5 and C5/6. I have restricted range of moment in my neck, accompanied by constant pain and stiffness. I also suffer from bad migraine like headaches that occasionally affect my vision.

Thankfully the discs have not pinched any nerves, however I fear this may happen sometime down the track due to the degenerative nature of the discs. I am on pain medication and walk daily to keep my body limber. I also have had facet joint injections in both my lower back and neck.

Does anyone have any advice on how to eliminate neck pain and what treatment options would be suitable?

Thank you,
