... and I am doing great. No pain down my leg. Only soreness around the incision. I am being careful not to push things but have felt stronger every day. **edited** said it was a good thing we went through with it because it was worse than he expected (I had L5-S1 discectomy ... no fusion). Thanks to all the helpful hints about post-op prep, I am standing in front of my computer, grabber at my side. I am staying positive, even though it is easy to worry about re-herniation (with so much of the disc removed already).
