Accident/Bad Back

I was in a sled accident and broke 4 vertebrae bones and all ribs on the left side, I have gone through MRI, CT scans. I went through a 3 month strenghthening program at physio, I was basically there to excersise, the doctors there didn't even touch me. I complained that the pain on the left side was getting worse along with my left arm, pins/needles, numbness, throbbling. They didn't do anything, just ignored me. When I left the program, the strength decreased and they didn't answer me. I went to another physio that's doing fascia work, so far nothing feels better but she said my rotator cuff is a little messed. The pain I have feels like ripping around my Lt shoulder blade area in between the shoulder blades, the pain is debilitating. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm exhausted, lost, HELP.

    Of the diagnostic tests were negative. Are the doctors saying there is nothing wrong (besides what happened from the accident
    If it is your rotator cuff then an orthopedic doctor would be a good next step

    As someone with a rotator cuff tear that was never fixed, I have never found the pain unbearable or really that bad. Mine was a partial tear not full tear, but manual testing by physio should should reproduce the pain you are having. Sounds like your left side took a beating. I never for once had tingling, pins and needles, and numbness ( from rotator cuff tear) even when I initially tore the rotator cuff, it was more a feeling of catching, instability, and some stabbing with certain movements. As Dilauro said go see a orthopedist specializing in the shoulder and rotator cuff tear is easy to rule out and set mind at ease.
    Do your due dilegence, trust you know your body and question everything if it does not fit. Advocate for yourself and you will be suprised what will be revealed trusting your body and instinct.
