Weird leg pain

Hopefully this doesn't print strange...not liking the new set-up! Anyway, if you see my signature you'll get the run down of my issues. I'm having pain that I didn't have pre-op. The pain starts in my left hip and goes down the side, then skips to the front of my thigh (lower quad area), and is even just below my knee. It feels like a pulling or drawing sensation and then my leg gets weak. I had the sciatica thing going on in my posterior thigh to my foot on the left side before surgery. Anyone have the same thing happen? It's just such a different feeling. Like you put a needle and thread through the muscle and are pulling it through and the string is dragging as it goes. Sorry if this is graphic-I'm sure people are squirming. :) Thanks for any replies! -Andrea

  • The teenagers are more helpful and more independent.....but the independence is also a liability! Uggghhhh...I's like the terrible two's except with cars! }:) I'm hoping that I can slow down a bit and get some pain relief...I'm sure like so many on this site. My 5 previous surgeries (only 1 for my back) is nothing compared to your 13! Yikes!
