Hello everyone.

A week and a half ago I got in a bad car accident and needed anterior cervical fusion for C4 and C5. Miraculously I have no nerve damage at all!
I had my surgery last Wednesday and returned to work on the following Monday (3 days ago). I'm excited to find a forum with people with similar experiences. My full-time job is a desk job, but I also teach aerobics. So I I am very anxious to recover fully and return to my classes at the gym!
But I'm trying to take it slow.
I look forward to learning from all of you!
