Pain after spinal fusion

Hi guys ,
I'm new here , I'm six days out of spinal fusion with additional screws pedicles in the facets .
Starting to get non stop pain down my left leg , in my hip and foot too , and numbness .
My boyfriend goes back to work tomorrow and feeling pretty nervous about looking after myself , quite a few stairs where I live , if I need to get out of the house .
Just scared by the pain and why I'm having it and the idea of being housebound , I can walk but still very unstable on my feet . Has anyone else here been dealing with this on their own ? Is it doable ?
I guess anything is !
Would be great to talk to anyone here with any experience really ! Thanks
