Any Help for Cervical Fascia Muscle Tear or Sutures not Holding for PCF

I had a anterior and posterior cervical c4-c5, c5-c6 fusion last year and within one week of going home from hospital I developed an infection at surgical site I now believe when the internal sutures did not hold the fascia muscles to my spine causing small area at surgical site to dehisce on outside. Now i have a large indentation in my spine in which you can feel my bones and hardware along my spine. My NS was going to go in to correct the problem finally that I could take time off from work, but the insurance company is denying the surgery saying its not necessary. I have not been able to find any medical journals or reports detailing this type of complication after a spinal surgery. I kept telling my NS about it last year but he as not in any hurry to correct the problem, now I can't seem to get the problem corrected. Has this happened to anyone in the past and did you get it taken care of or did the insurance company deny your claim? Anyone please I am at my wits end having muscular type in my my arms, shoulders and neck.
