Hi, I'm 48 and a nurse, and had acdf at c5/6 in 2013. Now have problems at the cervical discs either side and chronic neck and arm pain. Also have bulging L5 causing stenosis. I just wondered if anyone could suggest exercise that won't aggravate either area. I used to like running but that's not an option now. I really want to stay positive and active
