I had surgery in 2003 on my lower back, fusion L3 to S1 to relieve severe back and leg pain. I have been pain free since. In 2013 I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis in my neck, I had surgery - fusion C3 to C7 ending neck and shoulder pain as well as severe headaches. I recently had gastric sleeve surgery. Ever since this operation my left hip and leg hurt so badly at night I have to take pain meds. An xray of my hip revealed moderate to severe arthritis. Can my back be the culprit in my leg pain? If I had stenosis in my neck is it probable that it is in the rest of my spine? Could that be causing my pain?
