Help in need of medication for a complicated case

I continue to have issues with my neck and back surgeon and insurance. Since I had my bypass, there is only certain kinds of meds that I can take and will stay in my system long enough for it to work. I have found 30mg oxycodone and Soma to be my best friend. I have taken in the past 100 mcg Fentanyl Patch (I had to get off of that it turned my life upside down). I cannot take any Extended relief, delayed relief or any capsule, cortosone shot kind of medication due to the fact that it will not allow me to have the full benefit of pain relief before it is out of my system. I tried PT and that seemed to do more harm than good, I did therapy in a heated pool and finally had to quit, because I was in so much pain after.
I have had two lumbar laminectomys that were basically a failure and a cervical laminectomy. I have talked to my insurance and done all the appeals that I could through blue shield ppo, and they still will not budge and allow me to have a fusion cervical and lumbar, and I seriously think that I am getting worse. My question for you, has anyone had to go through what I am going through where they will pay for opiates and not surgery for me to get fixed even if its partially??
