Courage to change the things I can

Yesterday I changed the pharmacy I have used for over 30 years. I guess yesterday was the last straw when, for the umpteenth time I was told they were "out of stock" of my prescribed hydrocodone. I went to a larger store (same company) and was again told they were out of stock. I felt helpless. I've heard that all pharmacies are that way these days, especially here in Florida, so I had been reluctant to change.

I took myself into the nearest competitor pharmacy and explained that I wanted to transfer all of my prescriptions from pharmacy "A". Also explained WHY I was switching. Well the head pharmacist heard me, came over and stuck out his hand and introduced himself and said "Welcome!" I am SO happy I found the courage to change.
