hello im new to the group :) I was in a car wreck that left me in a lot of pain. the chiropractor said my L3 L4 L5 and my tailbone was injured. It was more injuries than that but these are the ones that I still have complications with. im constantly in pain. lay down, im hurting. Standing up for long periods of time, im hurting. Bending down, im in pain. I went to Applebee's with a friend of mine a few days ago and just for sitting there for about 2hrs...I was hurting and sore for days. Everytime I go to my doctor he says nothing shows up on xrays. I had a MRI and nothing showed up. but my chiropractor seen the problem. I just don't understand. immediately after the wreck, I went to the hospital they also gave me a XRAy and it didn't show. I know im not crazy, I really need some help! my pain at times is unbearable. please help

There are no medical professionals on the forum side of this site. Therefore everything you read is based on the personal experiences and/or research done by the individual member. Comments should never be taken as pure medical facts. You need to discuss this with your doctor. They are the only ones that can provide you with detailed information about you, the patient.

I may be missing it, but not sure how long you have been enduring all your pain.

You said chiropractor saw damage from X-ray? Did you bring this X-ray to your doctor? Is this your primary doctor?
All respect to chiropractors, but you may want to hold off on adjustments until cause of your pain is more clear.

I too can not over due activities, not even, as you described, standing, sitting for any length of time.
I will also pay the pain price for that for couple, few days afterwards.

My primary tried working with my pain two years before referring me to pain management.
    Best thing for me!

He did variety of testing, and as he discovered issues with my spine he was able to have more effective plans for my treatments.

In meantime, you may want to consider limiting your activities...such as you said, bending down.
You may want to double check with Doctor re limitations of any activities until issues are shown or ruled out.
