Big toe weakness

Hello to everybody ,im new in this forum and i would like to share my story and get some good advices from the ones that have similar issues!

Im 28 years old man, trainning jiu jutsu (atleast i was able before sciatica started :) ) and my back problems started already in August when in the trainning i felt suddenly sharp pain in my back that make me stop imediatly and go home! Then i was unable to move for about 2 weaks properly( pain was only in my back by the time) and then things got back to normal so my tarinning also... i continue normal trainning without any problem until the october that same thing happen in trainning again!2 weeks again recover and back to normal as before till 2 of December when for one more time in jiu -jitsu i felt the same pain but this time was longer than 2 weeks! The first 2 weeks pain was just in my back but then pain went away from my back and moved to sciatica! I went to doctor that time and told me that i have herniated disc probably and that i dont need any MRI yet ,as it should heal by itself maybe in the next 2 months!!! Doctor took an X-Ray to cancel other cases as tumours or broken bones that all came back fine. Send me also to physiotherapist . One week later pain got worst, then went back to the medical center and this time an other doctor told me the same things and gave me also some painkillers. In that point it was really hard to sit ,lay and stand from the bed and lofe was miserable and painfoul as hell!1 weak later i went to physiotherapist that gave me some exercises to do home, but also she notice that my big toe is more weak than the normal leg toe. 1.5 later with my daily exercises i can feel that pain is less (compare to the begginning) but still my toe is weaker than the other leg!Not problem to walk and still i can move them but when u put presure on them are weaker!

My guestion to the ones that had experience the same in the past is if ever gonna be back to normal And how long it takes if it will ever get normal again?
