I just finished having double Lumbar Fusin on June 24,2008
I see my Neurosurgeon July 28th. Over all I feel much better, however these last two weeks I have experience randomly short spells of HOT feeling in either or both of my toes, First two, sometime the top of my left or right foot.

Does anyone have any ideas what is going on, or what the Dr will tell me next week?
I also get depressed spells when this happens, and already take medication for this. :)

  • welcome to spine-health,Mrlee
  • hello and welcome to Spine Health... I don't have burning pains but about 6 mos after surgery I developed numbness in my right leg that goes all the way to my foot without any pains. I'm taking Neuronton to help heal the nerves...

Let's know what your surgeon say...
    Good luck to you ..

  • a clue but am sorry that you are experiencing this. try not to worry about it too much until you see your doc. maybe it is something normal that will go away. Glad to hear that other than the burning your surgery was a success. Please keep us posted on your progress.
