Low back pain, upper gluteal pain and sciatica down both legs

Hello guys, I am new to this forum and saw a lot of support and advice and I figured I'd give it a go. About a month ago, December 23rd, I was on a jog through a trail when I started getting pain in my left groin so I stopped when I came to the top of the hill and with the sun directly in my face I sneezed and got a pretty gnarly lower back spasm. I walked to my car and I felt something clicking at my groin with every step. Once I got home I laid down and noticed a small area in my groin was numb(superficially) just the skin. Luckily I had an appt with an orthopedic doctor and mentioned it but she only replied with "these things happen if you're not used to running, give it some time". So it's been 1 month and some change and my lower back has this constant dull, sorta throbbing pain accompanied by sciatica and that dull pain in my upper buttocks. Spoke to my primary and she only ordered a X-Ray and said I was anxious about it and referred me to PT.
Of course everyone likes to google these things so I did and thought it'd be a good idea to get a second opinion so I went to an urgent care and they decided to get an MRI. Tomorrow I will go and get the referral to make the appointment. And i will update once I get the results.
