All members's PROFILES now have additional fields that are optional but can be used by everyone to add more personal information.
How to Update your Profile
1 - Click on My Account
2 - Click on Edit
3 - Click on one of the new fields Location, Medical History, Personal Information
Then you can enter some of the following data depending on which item you clicked on
LocationWhere you live
Personal InformationYour Birthdate
Medical HistoryFree form text
4 - Click Submit to save
When another member cicks on Your member name in a post they will be able to view all the information in your Profile that you provided.

I went in to use this new feature - added my location and submitted it. Hey presto now my entire signature was deleted.
Have now reconstituted my signature. Thought I did something wrong, but seems like Paul had the same problem.

Problem was with a conflict with a Signature module that was on the system.

Hi there - I don't know if this is still an active thread, but if anyone sees this and has the answer I'd love to hear it.
When I go in to edit my profile, I see a box for my signature, but no fields for location or medical history. Is there something else I have to click in order to get there?

Did you press submit? (and make sure you copied and pasted signature per warning) I know from work it could be a data communications problem between you PC and the server so you may not have done anything wrong and suggest you try again (it worked for me when I did mine a few minutes ago).

There is a new rule on signatures not being more than 5 lines. To stop this mess of posts having 20 or more lines of medical history.
The ones you still see haven't modified their signature yet. The next time they go to edit it, it'll fail. The new rule doesn't clip all the existing ones unfortunately.
So you'll have to live with your medical history where it belongs. Anyone who clicks your user id can read it if they are interested.
