I wanted to share this idea that has worked for my fractured coccyx & healing fusion

Ok so I am 9 months post op fusion but still had trouble with mobility and exercise mostly from a pain and numbness issue.
We were trying to figure out how to increase cardio (and to lose weight) and the only way seemed to make a cycle machine for arms......lol

But while we were playing around with my exercycle we devised this home made recumbant bike and with the addition of the donught pillow for my coccyx it has not been to painful giving this a blat.

Here is a photo: How do I put a picture here??

Yay exercise is a lifesaver from insainity.

Here is a visual description: Place your highback orthopedic chair behind the stationairy bike in a way that you can still reach the pedals and go. Why did it take so long to think of this?

Good Health.

Do you have a photobucket account?

If you upload your pics there (it's free) you then copy/paste the IMG link into the comment and your picture will show up here.

I'd like to see your excerciser bike-lol.
