I have been diagnosed with mild scolosis as well as a hyper mobile upper spine. I have been seeking chiropratic and physio care and been strength training. My upper back is always in pain because it gets stiff and cracks and snaps all the time causing more pain. Recently I have been experiencing pain in both my hands, in my fingers mostly. I keep thinking its arthritis, but it does not make sense to have it in both hands around the same time. I know that I have developed a bit of osteoarthritis in my spine from years of self adjusting, but my hands are a concern. I was thinking it may just be a nerve issue? I know that discs in that area can transmit down to your hands and wrists. I am just wanting to know what other people think the cause may be?
Hi and welcome to the forum.
This is a dermatome chart which shows where pain may be experienced where there is damage to particular nerve ends along the spine:-
C6-7-8 at the top of the back are shown as causing pain in the hands.
Hope this helps.

Mods are being a bit picky. Clearly I am not promoting any company or product, just providing a random link to the standard dermatome chart which appears all over the place.
Best "google" ...er sorry I mean use an appropriate generic search engine/browser to locate said chart.

I think you problem is not very dangerous. you experienced a pain may be because of there is damage to particular nerve ends along the spine. If you concern any specialist they will help you better and will also show you some exercise for it.
