pseudoarthrosis & partial sacrization???

I should probably be more clear. The fusion is at L4-L5, the pseudoarthrosis is at L5-S1 from what I can understand. It is being caused by partial sacrilization of the L5. Does this make sense to anyone? I'm really scared to go through any more surgery!!!

I'd look into an artificial

I'd look into an artificial disk. My traveled all the way from California to have a failed anterior cervical fusion replaced with an artificial disk by this guy Dr. Ken Pettine in Colorado. He's kind of an artificial disk guru, which is great because the artificial disk has a shorter recovery time and you get to keep your range of motion. It's worked out great. Something to think about at least.

mommy

Sorry, no it doean't make much sense to me.

What surgery have you already had done and at what level?
Whay is your current problem as in symptoms?
What has your surgeon recommended and why has he recommended this?
How long have you had this?
What treatment have you had up till now?

These will help us gauge what you are going through but please bear in mind that we are not Drs here only other interested spineys who have our own opinions and experiences.
