I'm 11 days post-op from an ACDF at C5-C6 for foraminal stenosis and spinal stenosis. Prior to surgery I had the following symptoms: neck, upper back, arm pain radiating to thumb and index finger; headaches and dizziness; numbness in toes. Now that I'm starting to heal, I get tingling sensations (which I'm assuming is nerve regeneration) in the muscles that used to give me pain, but the numbness in the toes are still there. Can cervical spinal stenosis present with symptoms in my toes, or do you think I might have spinal problems in the lumbar area? The numbness went away the first 10 days after surgery, but is back. Any one with the same issues?
