I have two numb fingers after C5-C6 acdf

I had my C5-C6 done on 21. of March 2017. My last check up with doctors was on 14.07.2017. when surgeon said that i am completely fused, and that in a couple of months I could even play football (of course I did not do that). however i returned to work end of July, and I felt fine until recently when my two fingers (middle and point finger on my right hand) become numb. That happend couple of weeks ago, now situation is a bit better but still no full sensation to my fingers. Should I be concerned? neck is not painful, it just feel a bit tender.

Sorry about my English, it is my second language.
