Giving up takes courage too

Its never easy to stop

You know you can if you try your very best.

And sometimes you win..anong a sum total of .

And there are always more losses.

But you keep on going because something inside wont let you stop.

And so you go on hurting yourself..again and again and knowing that this victory was a phyrric one.

Doing it takes courage..but look at the total cost...

It takes more courage to stop than to keep going

To say

No more...ohh..its all heroic and more to the person in the mirror to say..yeah..i pulled a rabbit out of my hat,.one more time..

But those rabbits dont do math

There are only so many in a hat and one day you find there is nothing left.you can wrap pride around your worse off broken body..but that dont last.

Its easier to count the life left in your days than how many days in your life.

Slow down..your allowed that..

The winner here? Is the one who preserved their health as much as they could.

Some have a long way to go and should not be having to count the days like being asked to count sand grains in the sahara.

Stop hurting yourself because pride or fear or whatever is driving you mad.

Start preserving yourself for the journey ahead.

Sometimes the fork in the road may lead to greener pastures.
