Hi, I'm new here so I thought I would introduce myself and my ailments. cervical Degenerative Disc Disease with stenosis. 3 surgeries (2 ACDF - C5-6 and C6-7, one posterior decompression). More pain after each surgery, now with chronic myofascial pain (6 trigger points). Most success from Botox trigger point injections and active release therapy. Hoping for continued improvements but I have my doubts.

  • welcome to spine-health..
  • Welcome to the forum. I'm sure you will like it here. I've been on this forum since before my back surgery but they changed the format and i had to re-register. I just love it here and there are so many people who can help with whatever info they can offer. I have learned so much from them. I will keep you in my prayers.

    I just moved from CA.
Had PLIF in 2008 and a Laminectomy. One level fusion, L4-L5.

  • So sorry that you are joining the rest of us here that have had failed surgery. You will find much support and understanding here. Good luck and I hope that you continue to improve.
  • I am going to have to put my x-ray on as my Px too. You will get a kick out of it because I am a 5-6, 6-7 acdf also and my x-ray looks a lot like yours! I had to look twice when I first saw it, because I thought it was mine.

It's great to find a place where people understand. . .
