Hi. I am Liz I am so happy to have found this website, I am picking up some useful advice on how to cope with the pain caused by lumber and cervical stenosis

  • I hope you find some relief from your pain with meds and hope you're under the care of a good pain management Dr. I know others who have the same condition will come and tell you of some of their experiences of how to help the pain. I have a heating pad on most of the time for my back pain. Take care. Charry

  • Thank you for the nice welcome.I have searched through all the medical stuff and as have been dealing with this back and neck pain know some of what I've read. I too am not an expert but share my strength, hope and experience and want to hear others and how they cope. its nice to have found a place where people understand and have similar problems but also compassion. I feel right at home here.

  • I have searched the forum and truthfully because back pain has been a part of my life for years and also studying the internet I know most of these things.
    you'll be hearing from me a lot. I feel so comfortable here.

    Thank you for your welcome. I hope you too get some relief. I have a wonderful pain management doctor of whom I love. He's so kind and gentle and when you visit him at his office you can take all the time you need to discuss whatevers on your mind but at the same time when you have an appt. you have to wait too!
    Gosh, not a surgical candidate? Although sometimes that doesn't help and i'mliving proof but I've met many people who are successes. God bless them.

    So what are there plans for you.
