Ok, so I came home with ANOTHER pillow. Husband thinks I'm insane, I've bought so many different ones. Just can't find the right fit. Haven't told him how much I spent on this one. Fifty-five buck-er-roos!

Since my fusion, I've been sleeping on my back with a bunch of pillows under my knees. I used to be a side sleeper but it just feel too weird on my side now. Sometimes in the early morning hours, after I've been on my back all night, I switch to my side. But I can't sleep more than an hour or two that way. Maybe after I heal more.

Supposedly, your face ages more gracefully if you sleep on your back. So hey, that's a positive.

So this pillow has water in it. They recommend you start with a "medium" feel. That = 2 quarts. So we shall see. I'm off to bed now.

Nighty, night spiney friends. May the Lord bless us all with a good night's sleep!
