I had a rhizotomy last week. Didn't help. Tried everything. Streached till I was blue in the face.
Then I did some yoga back bending. And the pain in my lower back was alot less. I think it helps to stabilize the si joint. Dunno, can somebody tell me why, and if I'm on the right track before I xxxx up my back even worse
