Sir MRI Lumbar spine shows
L4-5 intervertebral disc is showing mild loss of signals on T2 with posterior tear in the annulus with herniation of the disc posterior centrally with bilateral paracentral disc bulge reducing the anterior subarachnoid space& obliterating the perineural fat signals & narrowing the neural foramina both sides. Please advice on the matter. Was is it PIVD L4-5?
