Lumbar Scoliosis - new diagnosis

Does anyone have any information about Lumbar Scoliosis ? I have a minor curve in my Thoracic back & doctors have always said " the curve is not significant enough to give you pain". My chiropractor looked at my MRI and started that I have a significant curve in my lumbar spine & this could be the cause of my muscle spasms! No doctor ...there have been several has even addressed this curvature. I did have spasms a few times a year as a child but now they are constant 24/7. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you
