  • :) Christina, so you have started a regular exercise program and have started following a weight loss plan. you should be very proud of yourself as these are the measures that will last you a lifetime and lead to permanent weight loss. not only that, but the exercise is so very important to your recovery. trying to implement exercise on a regular basis is a gigantic HURRAY! give yourself a big pat on the back!! the weight loss will happen, just maybe not as quick as you would like!!   • you may be like me. When I first start a "diet" It will tak a few weeks before I see any loss. And then all of a sudden I will se a five pound loss. Don't be discouraged. I am pretty sure that I will also have a gain in the morning. But, I will not let it get me down. Just like Jenny said, Monday starts a whole new week!
